Note: I would recommend all four of these. Watch them. They’re wonderful.
Ravenclaw: Sense8. Encourages individuality and acceptance of yourself and others. Takes you on a mind journey to other cultures. The nature of the sensate connections leaves much room for theories and speculations.
Gryffindor: Anne with an “E”. Shows a resilient and courageous girl who fights for what she wants despite the cards she’d been dealt with, and inspires bravery in others. Touches on many themes related to social justice.
Hufflepuff: Stranger Things. A group of unlikely allies bonding over a common goal, putting aside their differences to save a friend as well as the whole town. Even at the expense of their own safety and sanity.
Slytherin: Black Mirror. Although the prospects of a futuristic society is appealing, this show reminds us to watch our backs and know our limits, even as we marvel at the ambitious possibilities technology can bring.
People would laugh at me because I use big words. But they’re exciting and descriptive words, like… like “enraptured” and “glorious”! If you have big ideas, you have to use big words to express them, haven’t you? Anne with an E (2017— )
