me, an intellectual: fred weasley had his whole life ahead of him. hedwig was the lost of harry’s innocence and childhood, and dobby was a free slave that was murdered by those who thought they were above him. sirius black spent 12 years in prison for a crime he didnt commit, and yet still blamed himself for the deaths of his best friends, and then died after living his time in freedom in a house he hated, barely seeing the one person he loved more than anything in the world. remus and tonks had finally found happiness, and were going to have a child and won’t live to see that child grow up. the creevey brothers were underage and shouldnt have been fighting in such a terrible war to begin with but they did anyway. cedric diggory was not meant to be in a war, but he was the bravest of them all, he was kind and good, and he was thrown aside like he was nothing, but spent his last moment standing beside harry potter, ready to face an unknown enemy.

I recently took a test and turns out I’m a gryffinclaw, which it goes well with Pottermore’s Sorting that put me in Gryffindor so many years ago. My Ilvermorny house is Pukwudgie (a short, grey-faced, large-eared creature), which

is sometimes considered to represent the heart of a witch or wizard; it is said it also favours healers. I was actually hoping for a more badass Patronus, but I got a Manx Cat (yeah the Dementors are going to be so afraid, lol): it’s a breed of domestic cat with a naturally occurring mutation that shortens the tail, but usually Manx cats are best known as being entirely tailless. They’re prized as skilled hunters, and they’re said to be social, tame and active – well I guess it goes perfectly fine with my house and my personality, lol.

My wand is pretty cool: the sycamore makes a questing wand, eager for new experience and losing brilliance if engaged in mundane activities. It is a quirk of these handsome wands that they may combust if allowed to become ‘bored,’ and as may be deduced, the sycamore’s ideal owner is curious, vital and adventurous. When paired with such an owner, it demonstrates a capacity to learn and adapt that earns it a rightful place among the world’s most highly-prized wand woods.

Phoenix is the rarest core type: they’re are capable of the greatest range of magic and they show the most initiative, sometimes acting of their own accord, They are always the pickiest when it comes to potential owners, for the creature from which they are taken is one of the most independent and detached in the world. These wands are the hardest to tame and to personalise, and their allegiance is usually hard won.
