Robert Heindel (October 1, 1938 – July 3, 2005) was commissioned by Andrew Lloyd Webber to paint the original cast of The Phantom of the Opera while the show was in previews in 1986. Depicted are Sarah Brightman (Christine), Michael Crawford (The Phantom), Steve Barton (Raoul) and Rosemary Ashe (Carlotta).
I encourage you to check out his website, there is more Phantom, as well as a lot of other theatre and dance paintings.
